This syringe is made from a high quality plastic that is resistant to most workshop fluids. The NBR seals supplied with this unit are designed for oil recovery, and should not be used with brake fluid (or other corrosive fluids like petrol / diesel).

Replacement seals for ET1797 fluid transfer syringe. These EPDM seals are compatible with brake fluid, and are the same seals as supplied with the original unit.

For oil, use NBR seals (ET1797-NBR)

An alternative seal set for the ET1797. These seals are made from NBR rubber which are suitable for most workshop fluids, but NOT brake fluid.
