WHAT can be returned?
Goods cannot be returned unless they have a major fault. If the fault is minor we will repair the item. If the fault is major we will replace or full refund the item. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
If your products have been purchased through a distributor, it is best to return the item to them. They will have their own claim process which you will have to go through. If the product is purchased online through us, then the products will need to be sent to our address 50 Jellico Dr, Scoresby VIC 3179.
HOW do customers return items?
Before returning the items for warranty, please call us to describe the problem to see if it is something we can fix without arranging a return such as cables.
SHIPPING for returns?
If you bought our products through a distributor and returned to them, there is likely to be no shipping cost to you. If you purchased goods online through us, you will have to pay for shipping to us and we will pay shipping for the repaired or replaced unit back to you.
