A specialised timing kit for Mercedes vehicles with a chain driven 1.6L | 2.0L petrol engine.

The kit includes small / large diameter clamp pieces to hold the camshafts in place, and a Torx T100 security bit socket for the camshaft pulleys.

Additional flywheel locking tools - ET1291A and ET1856A may also be required.

These engines are used across the Mercedes range including C Class, CLC, CLK, E Class and SLK as well as Sprinter vans from 2002 -2015. This kit includes the cam locking tool required when removing camshaft pulleys.

For correct chain link peening, our kit # ET1293D may be required.
