Soda blasting is a fast and gentle method of removing paint, carbon, surface rust etc. It neither warms up / stretches sheet metal, and does not damage glass, rubber or plastic.

The soda media is environmentally friendly. It is not dangerous but may be harmful if inhaled as dust. So always use P2 respiratory protection, hearing protection, and eye and facemask when blasting.

Use with air compressors with at least a 180 litre air / min rating, and always use a water trap. Replacement soda media is available.

The Air Boy thrust gun is ideal for cleaning tasks where high airflow is needed. The thrust nozzle increases the airflow by 100% because of the venturi principle - and is at the same time unblockable.

This gun is supplied with two nozzles - a standard nozzle, and a 90 degree nozzle (for blowing out filters etc). Both nozzles simply screw on, and are replaceable.

The Air Boy Sandblasting gun is a handy, powerful tool that easily removes rust and ingrained dirt. The sand quantity and suction force is infinitely adjustable and easily regulated with the trigger, where the air pressure is used to ease the operation of the handle.

This sand blasting kit is ideal for heavier duty tasks with the tube able to be inserted directly into the blasting media. This kit works with all forms of blasting media, including garnet.
