Timing Kits

This kit is designed to service balance shaft on Citroen | Peugeot vehicles (and BMW Mini) with 1.4L | 1.6L petrol engines (chain) when the balance shafts have been disturbed.

Also suits BMW vehicles.

A specialised timing kit for 2.0L & 2.2L twin cam diesel engines (DW10 | DW12) on Fiat / PSA vehicles. The twin cam system has one camshaft driven by a chain in the head, and the other by the cam belt.

• Engine codes: DW10 | DW12 | RHV | RHW | RHZ

Essential kit for timing belt replacement on 1.8 | 2.0 'EW' coded petrol engines. This includes engines with VVT / HPi.

This kit includes both locking pins for cam / crankshafts and also a steel clip for fitting the cambelt and a tensioner specific to the engines this kit suits.

A specialised kit for timing belt replacement on PSA common rail diesel engines. Includes tools for crankshaft gear timing.

This kit is ideal for use on earlier PSA engines to lock the engine pulley or as a top up kit for lost pins. Use with the ET1625 valve spring compressor to set correct cam belt tension.
