Adjusts the VANOS unit to left hand stop during assembly and valve timing. Use with ET1021B. Also suits Range Rover 4.4L V8 (03-05).

A special holding tool for BMW N47 | N57 engines. This tool holds the crankshaft pulley while servicing the centre bolts of the crankshaft.

The tool locks onto the inner parts of the pulley to avoid damaging the vibration dampening element.

To remove camshaft chain tension on BMW 2.5L TDS engines, position tool inside the cam timing chain cover and lever against the chain bow to press in the chain tensioner.
