Warranty Terms

Our policy is to represent only reputable, high quality manufacturers; should problems arise, we stand by our products, as well as maintaining an extensive stock of spare parts.

We warrant all products we sell to the original purchaser for a period of 12 months from purchase (except as noted below) against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover products that are improperly used, abused, altered or repaired.

Please note that the warranty period for Ajax Air Tools / AP Automotive Tools is for a period of 3 months from purchase.

If you believe that your tool meets the criteria for warranty replacement, please either return the product to the store you purchased it from, or call us for a return authority number.

THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, BUT DOES NOT SEEK TO EXCLUDE RIGHTS UNDER THE TRADE PRACTICES ACT.
